Job Summary
Lead and govern digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms (ServiceNow and equivalents), manage an 8–10 member team, oversee the end-to-end PPM cycle, governance, platform delivery and optimization, process excellence, automation, and value realization. BuildOKRs and benefit realization, track adoption and cycle-time improvements, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Digital Product, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and Business Functions. Requires 15-18 years in Digital/Enterprise Platforms and 3–5 years of team leadership; proficient in ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI; strong Lean/6σ, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
Required Qualifications
- 15-18 years in Digital, Enterprise Platforms, Workflow Automation, or IT Transformation
- 3-5 years experience leading teams or CoEs (ServiceNow / equivalent workflow platforms preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PPM frameworks, governance models, and multi-project delivery
- Experience with scaled agile and tools like ServiceNow PPM, Project Portfolio Suite, ADO Boards, Jira, Power BI
- Expertise in process excellence (Lean/6σ), value engineering, and benefits tracking
- Workflow automation and digitization
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional alignment, and drive measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of enterprise workflow platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Governance design for digital platforms and delivery practices
- People leadership and talent development
- Stakeholder management across business and IT
- Data-driven decision-making using dashboards, telemetry, and analytics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling
