Digital Training Instructor

Job Summary
Digital Training Instructor responsible for delivering engaging instructional activities to youth, using technology to promote learning and creativity, developing programming and photography lessons, establishing clear learning objectives, tailoring resources to diverse learners, maintaining records, communicating with students/parents/peers, collaborating to enhance the instructional environment, modeling professional standards, and ensuring student growth aligned with program goals. Requires knowledge of C++, Linux+, Database (Access), Java, HTML, SQL, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio 10, Windows OS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; must partner with other functional areas, present material clearly, motivate students, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and in teams. Educational requirements include an Associate degree (Youth & Education: Computer Science or related discipline; AANM: Art in Photography or Art, Business, Marketing, and other HR-approved courses) with an allowed equivalent combination of experience/education/training. Travel up to 5% is required; normal business hours with some additional hours; no licenses/certifications required; office climate-controlled with potential local, in-state, national, and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 60 college credits
- Youth & Education: Computer Science or related discipline
- AANM: Art in Photography or Art, Business, Marketing and other courses approved by Human Resources
- Equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources
