Job Summary
Owns the bank's digital customer experience from discovery through multi-product relationships, designing systems that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and enable continuous risk monitoring. Responsible for selecting, implementing, and administering digital customer experience technology, collaborating with management to set and implement digital strategy, driving digital innovation, expanding the bank’s digital ecosystem, and establishing KPIs. Serves as the internal narrator to articulate the benefits of changes for both the bank and customers, ensuring technology is fully utilized. Externally, owns the digital experience for customers and includes digital communications and secure transfer of sensitive data.
