Job Summary
Digital Technical Project Manager for a client-facing, fully remote, full-time role. Oversees the coordination and execution of technical implementations across web, webapp, and mobile platforms, bridging clients and internal teams. Manages cross-functional teams including solution architects, business analysts, dev leads, developers, UX/UI, QA, and UAT personnel; ensures that requirements-scope-quote-vetting-dev-QA-UAT-deploy processes stay on track, sprints are followed, and documentation is maintained. Maintains client communications on project status and procurement of information, defines and tracks project schedules, and sets up/manages project management tools (notably Jira). Requires ability to understand technically complex projects and business processes, monitor project finances (burn rate and budgets), and identify/overcome blockers to maintain team efficiency. Expected to have 3+ years client-facing experience in web/mobile development and 5+ years project management experience in complex/technical environments; strong organization and assertiveness. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Project Management, QA, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Required Qualifications
- Client Facing Experience in a web/mobile development related position (3 years experience minimum)
- Project Management experience (5 years minimum) in complex/technical website/webapp/mobile realm
- Understanding and broad knowledge in process and development of technical websites, web-applications, and mobile apps
- Highly competent with various project management software (especially Jira)
- Experience running a team in some capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Project Management, QA, or related field; or equivalent work experience
