Job Summary
Digital & Tech Specialist is accountable for the delivery and support of site-based digital workplace and commercial technology services, providing hands-on, in-person technology support to ensure employees can work effectively with digital tools. The role acts as the primary market point of contact for Operating Unit Tech Partners, bridges site operations with central Digital & Tech teams, and supports stability and adoption of platforms like DMS and SFA. Responsibilities include incident management and problem resolution, ongoing service performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, on-site training, AV and hybrid meeting support, cyber security compliance, asset lifecycle management, and coordinating with central D&T teams and third-party providers to implement changes and improvements. Preferred qualifications include experience with DMS/SFA/CRM, ITIL, and certifications in IT, Networking or Security; and experience in FMCG or regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Informatics or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, digital workplace, or site-based technology roles
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and video conferencing technologies
- Exposure to IT service management practices and tools (e.g. ServiceNow), including incident and request handling
- Foundational understanding of cyber security principles and secure working practices
- Basic understanding of business operations with the ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate technical issues into business context
- Demonstrated ability to work across central teams, vendors and business stakeholders, supporting delivery in a matrix environment
