Job Summary
Director, IT Business Partner – Category Growth & Future Horizons to translate category ambition into technology roadmaps across Oral Health, VMS, Pain, Respiratory, Digestive Health and Skin. Lead breakthrough tech delivery in RWD, AI/ML, sensory/virtual testing, and external innovation systems; partner with Global Category Leads, R&D, Markets and D&T to shape multi-year digital and data roadmaps, evaluate technology needs for acquisition and integration of real-world data, and drive category growth through technology-enabled capabilities. Act as enterprise techno-functional leader spanning R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, and Digital & Tech; chair cross-functional forums, govern platform investments, and own core digital products including the Innovation PPM platform. Requires extensive experience in digital product development, data platforms/analytics, AI/ML, and consumer health/R&D ecosystems; strong executive stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and ability to translate scientific and commercial needs into scalable technology solutions.
