Digital Team Lead Mon–Fri 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Lead a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance, direction, and coaching while overseeing daily operations to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Manage imaging equipment maintenance, calibration, and updates; troubleshoot technical issues, and perform support functions to maintain smooth workflows. Assist in hiring new staff and develop training programs to improve team skills and address performance gaps. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements including HIPAA and OSHA while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Requires 1-3 years of imaging/Scanning operations experience, a high school diploma or associate degree, English proficiency, and strong typing skills. Reports to the Imaging Supervisor or Manager.
