Job Summary
Monitoring and maintaining the digital advertising asset infrastructure for JCDecaux Australia; troubleshoot media players, display devices, and related communication hardware; assist local field teams with quality assurance, visit sites for unresolved incidents, log faults in ticketing systems, and commission newly installed digital assets; drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs; demonstrate experience with Linux, computer networking, hardware repair, and MS Office; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure assets operate and content displays correctly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in IT/Computer Science/Telecom or equivalent experience preferred.
