Job Summary
Digital Success Consultant responsible for delivering high-quality digital onboarding for schools using OUP’s Kerboodle and OWL platforms, guiding transitions to Kerboodle+, driving ongoing engagement, retention, and expansion of customers’ digital portfolios. Supports onboarding, adoption, and customer success efforts across teams, delivers virtual training to teachers and school leaders, analyzes platform usage with dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and collaborates with Sales and School Success to ensure a consistent customer journey and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital onboarding, Customer Success, EdTech implementation, or school-facing digital training.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to deliver high-quality customer digital onboarding sessions via online platforms (e.g. Teams).
- Confident using digital metrics and analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work cross-culturally and across time zones with a proactive, collaborative approach.
