Job Summary
Organized Global Digital Studio Production & Content Operations Coordinator responsible for end-to-end sample coordination, studio workflow, and asset management across brands and markets. Drives studio scheduling, asset tagging and delivery, DAM ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Ecommerce, Marketing, Buying, and external partners. Supports AI-driven content creation, pre-sample/pre-shoot requirements, and ensures content readiness for site launches while improving efficiency in sample tracking and asset workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, data entry, and reporting
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, solution-focused approach
- Experience working with samples, stock management, or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems desirable but not essential
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating studio operations
