Job Summary
Support development of the strategy and roadmap for the .COM and Knowledge Management platforms within the Digital Channel Initiatives team. Proactively scan the market to identify digital capabilities and competitive standing, use data and market trends to develop strategic recommendations for new website and Knowledge Management initiatives, structure and analyze data to support recommendations and decision making, assist in the development and writing of business cases, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, assess risks, and present recommendations to support strategic decision-making. The role is a four-month, hybrid co-op based in Toronto with 1-3 days on-site per week and remaining days remote. You’ll complete assessments and skills tests as part of the application process and must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible.
