Job Summary
Digital Specialist I responsible for accurately preparing and scanning a high volume of data to convert printed material into digital images, using automatic feeders and flatbed scanners, and setting parameters per customer specifications. Maintains scanner and logs document/box numbers for retrieval, assists with document preparation and indexing, and completes other tasks as directed by supervisor or Director of Operations. Willing to work in Nashville, TN environment, tolerate temperature variations, work both independently and as part of a team, and adhere to productivity and quality standards. Must communicate effectively in English and be proficient with computer workstation and scanner systems; overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of the digital scanning process including an understanding of how digital scanners work.
- Ability to locate and select appropriate client files in the computer system for scanning into the appropriate location.
- Able and willing to consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
- Understanding of the need to set and meet departmental productivity benchmarks and quality standards.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work both on a team and individually.
