Job Summary
Digital Solutions Service Engineer in Barcelona provides 2nd level support for Digital Solutions, installs and configures software, identifies and resolves network/software issues in conjunction with hospital IT departments, conducts technical training, responds to client problems, mentors junior staff, leads projects to improve Digital Solutions, serves as technical referent for the product, standardizes best practices and deployment guidelines for automation solutions, supports pre-sales and project phases with automation architecture expertise, and travels internationally to support affiliates and end-users (approximately 25%). Requires an engineering or technical degree and 10+ years in technical service with 3+ years in a senior role; strong networking, OS hardening, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud, database, and lab automation experience; fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or technical degree or equivalent work experience
- More than 10 years of experience in technical service
- At least 3 years in a Senior position
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
