Job Summary
Execute customer onboarding, workflow analysis, and optimization for Intuitive Hub and MyIntuitive+ digital solutions. Lead clinical teams through training sessions, perform product demos remotely and onsite, and support sales and marketing efforts with presentations. Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and IT managers to drive digital solution adoption and expand the user base. Test installed systems, troubleshoot functionality, and document issues for technical support resolution. Provide feedback on client experiences to the product development team and participate in cross-functional projects to improve internal processes. Travel more than 75% of the time to support complex, multi-departmental customer events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineering, life science or medical background
- 2+ years' experience in procedural / OR healthcare software
- 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations
- Background in training of clinical and OR staff
- Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise and experience in delivering consulting services to the value to the customer
- Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication
- Ability to discover and understand customer needs, engage, and inspire customers to adopt new and effective solutions
- Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English
- Travel >75%
Desired Qualifications
- Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions
- Engineering, life science or medical background preferred
