Job Summary
Digital Solutions Service Engineer I based in Lliçà d'Amunt, Spain, supports the Digital Solutions team by installing and configuring software, resolving client network issues in collaboration with hospital IT, conducting technical training under supervision, and acting as the liaison between customers and the company. Responsibilities include performing standard installations at client sites, addressing software-related problems, escalating complex issues to R&D/DF, building customer relationships, and contributing to service documentation. Requires 0–1 year of technical-service experience, English fluency, and the ability to travel internationally around 25% of the time; hybrid work arrangement in Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Engineer, Computer Science or other Technical degree
- Experience: No experience or 1 year of experience in technical service
- Skills: Networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, UDP), Windows and Linux proficiency, SQL basics, virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V), cloud concepts (AWS/Azure), basic cybersecurity awareness, communication protocols, and familiarity with laboratory automation knowledge (a plus)
