Job Summary
Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Alteryx to replace manual Tax & Legal processes with scalable digital workflows. Build data pipelines and analytical models to enable real-time insights, while configuring enterprise SaaS platforms like Kalkit to maximize user value with minimal custom code. Integrate local automation and analytics into the global Digital Gateway data ecosystem, ensuring alignment with Nordic technology standards and global architecture. Manage the full solution lifecycle from prototyping through deployment, collaborating with business stakeholders and centralized IT to drive efficiency gains and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years' experience in roles at the intersection of business and technology (e.g., automation engineer, digital solutions developer, or similar)
- Experience in consulting or a complex corporate environment
- Hands-on track record of designing and delivering digital solutions (automation workflows, data analytics projects, and software implementations)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps for app development, Power Automate for workflows/RPA)
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and automation
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Comfort integrating solutions via APIs and building data pipelines/ETL flows (e.g., using Azure Data Factory or similar)
- Fluency in English
- Valid work permit
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Tax & Legal, finance or compliance-related processes
- Background in professional services or corporate finance environment
- Familiarity with additional RPA tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, or Qlik), and basic scripting (SQL, Python)
- Professional certifications in automation and data (e.g., Alteryx, Power Platform, Azure)
- Strong proficiency in Swedish
