Job Summary
Review, structure, and evolve solution concepts for the Factory Lifecycle Management platform by translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Derive data structures, object relationships, workflows, and configuration rules for new product features while evaluating requirements against standard functionalities. Accompany implementation efforts as a subject matter expert for development and product management, planning and executing release tests, user acceptance tests, and technical validations. Support projects regarding platform introduction, configuration, and application, feeding project experiences back into product development. Requires a degree in engineering or computer science with extensive EPCM or industrial project experience, proficiency in requirements engineering and solution design, and knowledge of software systems and No-Code/Low-Code configurations. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Industrie-, EPCM-, Planungs-, Bau- oder Infrastrukturprojekten sowie im Umfeld digitaler Plattformen, Softwarelösungen oder Produktentwicklung
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Engineering-, Planungs- und Projektabwicklungsprozessen sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in strukturierte Lösungskonzepte und technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen
- Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, Solution Design oder der Konzeption digitaler Lösungen einschließlich User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und Prozessmodellierung
- Gute Kenntnisse von Software-Systemen, Datenmodellen, Workflows, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie No-Code-/Low-Code-Konfigurationen
