Job Summary
Digital Solutions Analyst role focused on analyzing digital processes, defining scope and requirements, creating project artifacts (process flows, user stories, use cases), researching and ideating technology-based solutions, and handing off final recommendations to clients and internal teams. Requires strong written and analytical-thinking skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative, client-focused approach to delivering solutions across business and IT teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience contributing to projects and programs for multiple clients in technology, digital or professional services environment
- Ability to work with both business and IT teams to offer and deliver solutions that create effective outcomes
- Strong commitment to client experience, service delivery and quality
- Ability to present to clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding writing and analytical-thinking skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Comfortability working under pressure or strict deadlines
