Digital Solution Lead

Lead a Digital Solution from design and development through the RUN phase for SBM Offshore, owning end-to-end delivery of digital solutions and driving business innovation. Coordinate with IT Solutions Architects and Project Managers to translate functional and technical needs into working products, oversee documentation (user manuals and technical specs), and ensure smooth integration into existing IT infrastructure. Once live, own the RUN phase: monitor performance, troubleshoot with minimal disruption, and conduct regular audits. Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment, provide technical leadership, and train end-users alongside the Business Representative. May supervise a Digital Solution Engineer. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a technical discipline, 4+ years in IT management or digital solutions, a proven track record of delivering digital solutions aligned with IT strategy, ERP end-to-end implementations in asset management, and proficiency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Agile or time-series is a plus.
