Job Summary
Define and maintain the target architecture for the Insurance product suite, establishing scalable, multi-tenant, and API-first microservices models. Own the enterprise integration blueprint to ensure compatibility with core systems and partner platforms while defining reusable integration patterns. Shape product-level data models and governance strategies to enable regulatory compliance and configurable reporting. Drive cloud-native design principles across AWS, Azure, and GCP, setting CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation standards. Evaluate emerging technologies like AI and event streaming to align the roadmap with market needs. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure solutions are market-ready and differentiated.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of enterprise technology experience
- strong Insurance domain exposure
- Deep understanding of Insurance processes like Policy admin, Underwriting, Claims, etc
- Microservices and API-driven architectures
- Integration patterns and middleware
- Data architecture and analytics ecosystems
- Cloud-native design principles
- Experience architecting reusable product platforms
- Experience working on Insurance product platforms or SaaS solutions
