Job Summary
Implement mixed-signal SoC ASICs with microcontroller architectures through digital layout, integrating state-of-the-art design-for-test techniques and industry-standard IP blocks. Perform comprehensive HDL checks, create floorplans for RF components, and integrate hard macro designs into higher-level hierarchies. Take ownership of sign-off verification including Static Timing Analysis, Electromigration, IR-drop analysis, Equivalence Checking, and gate-level simulation. Coordinate external service providers during implementation and collaborate internationally with colleagues and partners. This role supports the development of highly integrated RF SoCs for next-generation automotive radar applications within Bosch's functional department.
Required Qualifications
- completed university studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable subject
