Digital Skills Lecturer

Lecturer responsible for delivering high-quality Digital Skills instruction across college programs, coordinating course content, lesson planning, student assessment and progress tracking, and ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards across Kent campuses. Responsibilities include planning lessons, ensuring inclusive learning environments, supporting UCAS processes and pastoral care, coordinating internal verification and standardisation, liaising with Exams, MIS and ALS, and contributing to curriculum development, CPD, and staff meetings. Strong focus on English, Maths and employability skills, with ability to monitor attendance, track student progress, provide targeted support, and engage with parents where appropriate. Familiarity with using the College’s VLE and contributing to quality assurance activities such as SAR and course reviews is expected.
