Support evolving ecommerce workflows and process improvements; optimize product attributes, taxonomy, and site navigation; collaborate with ecommerce and creative teams on content aligned with seasonal storytelling; manage product data onboarding and validation in PLM systems (Backbone) and ensure accurate product descriptions, onboarding, and tagging to support navigation, search relevance, and customer experience; perform QA across product pages and maintain site data accuracy; assist with product launches, collection updates, and site content changes in alignment with brand voice and merchandising priorities.
