Job Summary
Oversee digital shelf management and content syndication across retailer platforms; optimize product detail pages for search visibility and shopper conversion; drive SEO-informed content strategies, keyword research, and content optimization; manage product data governance, taxonomy, and media assets; collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, analytics, and client services teams to align digital shelf initiatives with broader marketing goals; develop scalable workflows and reporting to monitor content health, compliance, and performance; support client leadership and opportunities in digital shelf engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital shelf management, ecommerce merchandising, product content management, ecommerce SEO, or a related commerce role
- Hands-on experience with Syndigo or similar PIM/content syndication platforms
- Experience managing product content across major retailer ecommerce environments
- Strong understanding of product detail page optimization, ecommerce merchandising, and retailer content requirements
- Working knowledge of ecommerce SEO, retailer search optimization, keyword strategy, and content performance best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
