Job Summary
Own a defined market and measurable business outcome from day one by ensuring 100% of new product launches feature locally relevant detail pages and managing an eight-week lead time for promotions. Brief, build, and quality-check copy and imagery to guarantee complete, market-specific launches, while auditing live product pages against best practices to create a prioritized fix list. Track content quality and conversion performance to feed insights into future launches, and conduct competitor and category research on leading brands in your region. Manage the launch content calendar and hold cross-functional teams accountable, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and weekly Show & Tell sessions to present your work. Join the Early Careers program for the eCommerce Pure Players business, gaining hands-on experience with AI-native tools and direct exposure to Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Takealot.
Required Qualifications
- A recent graduate, or in the final year of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Languages, Digital Media or a related discipline
- Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and comfortable working with data to identify trends and support decision making
- A confident communicator who can turn complex information into something clear and actionable
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Italian if the role is based in Milan
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, or another marketplace content platform
- An interest in copywriting, localisation, SEO or UX
- Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with digital shelf or content scoring tools such as Profitero or Salsify
- Additional language skills relevant to your market
