Job Summary
Deploy, configure, and manage Symantec Endpoint Security and related security controls across enterprise environments; monitor endpoint threats, investigate incidents, perform policy tuning, upgrade agents; integrate Symantec with SIEM/SOC; administer Microsoft Defender for Office 365; configure anti-phishing, anti-spam, and anti-malware policies; investigate email threats; manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, IPS, Web Filtering, and Application Control; conduct firewall rule reviews and incident response.
Required Qualifications
- Experience deploying, configuring, and managing Symantec Endpoint Security (SEP) across enterprise environments
- Monitoring endpoint threats and policy compliance; investigating and remediating security incidents
- Agent upgrades, policy tuning, and health monitoring; SIEM/SOC integration
- Administration of Microsoft Defender for Office 365; configuring anti-phishing, anti-spam, anti-malware policies
- Investigation of email-based threats using Threat Explorer/real-time detections, message trace
- Phishing simulations, user reporting, and awareness improvements
- FortiGate firewall configuration, VPNs, IPS, Web Filtering, and Application Control
- Firewall rule reviews and security hardening; incident response participation
