Job Summary
The Digital Sales Support and CRM Business Analyst will be part of the sales excellence team within Digital Payment Services, focusing on managing the sales process, digital pipeline data, and business reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, creating sales activity dashboards, gathering business requirements, translating those into functional CRM specifications, and identifying process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of CRM systems and B2B sales processes is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Good level of English (B2 level is a minimum)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial workflows
- Knowledge of CRM reporting tools and dashboards
