Job Summary
Lead Internet Sales and Reseller teams to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer service. Oversees pricing/quoting strategies, digital experience improvements, CRM usage, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency. Develops training and growth opportunities for team members; guides career paths; and fosters data-driven decision making with web analytics and BI insights. Maintains awareness of industry trends, competitive activity, and quality objectives, while aligning with ITAR/compliance requirements and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Business related bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years’ experience as an Account Representative and Team Lead with documented success in building accounts and the ability to sell the full TTI line card also preferred
- Must be able to type 40 WPM
Additional Requirements
- ITAR requires U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
