Job Summary
Digital Sales Consultant for Germany with hybrid/remote potential in Berlin or Dresden. You will proactively advise trade and retail partners on optimal use of our advertising solutions, develop and implement customer strategies with clear KPIs linked to revenue, identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, and manage an opportunity pipeline with precise forecasts. Responsibilities include proactive new business development via cold outreach, upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue with brands and retailers, maintaining long-term partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams. Key skills include B2B sales, account management (preferably in digital advertising or ad-tech), strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities (including C-Level stakeholders), multi-account management, analytical mindset, and fluency in German and English. The role supports a flexible hybrid model with offices in Berlin and Dresden, and also allows 100% remote work, emphasizing independence, strategic thinking, and customer-centric growth.
