Job Summary
Digital Reporter – Legal Proceedings with training and certification support. Responsibilities include legal reporting (administering oaths and participating in depositions and hearings), technology operations ( transporting, setting up, and operating computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings), document preparation (preparing audio files and exhibits for transcription), and administrative support when not in proceedings. Must be a Certified Electronic Reporter; Notary ability (or existing Notary) preferred. Hybrid schedule at client sites in West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Electronic Reporter
- Notary: ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided). Existing Notary is a plus.
