Digital Renewal Sales Rep, Israel

Senior Digital Renewal Sales Rep responsible for managing multiple renewal cycles across regional accounts, driving on-time renewals and protecting retention. Focus on identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities, closing renewals and seat expansions at renewal, coordinating with procurement for renewal transactions, and maintaining accurate forecasts using CRM and renewal-tracking tools. Collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners; engages in post-sale retention activities with light-touch support for authorized partners. Strong time-management and customer-focused skills with fluency in English and Hebrew; prior experience in inside sales, renewals, or account management in a SaaS/software environment is preferred. In-office role with 3 days per week on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
