Job Summary

Digital Publicity Coordinator to support campaigns for entertainment industry clients; responsibilities include pulling daily press clippings, assisting with talent appearances and press functions, researching/updating press lists, pitching features, exclusives and talent interviews, sending status agendas and notes, maintaining press/client relations, monitoring outlets for coverage, and compiling Campaign Wrap Reports. Requires experience in publicity, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent verbal/written communication, familiarity with media/blogosphere, and an interest in film and TV. Location is NYC with hybrid work options; compensation $50,000-$55,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in a publicity environment, preferably entertainment publicity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the media and entertainment blogosphere
  • A keen sense of online editorial outlets, editors and bloggers - including presence, following and influence within the social media space
  • Interest in Film & TV
