Job Summary
Digital Proxy Product Owner for Clinical Trials Risk Based Quality Management leading data-driven monitoring and RBQM initiatives. Drive the product roadmap in collaboration with analytics teams, oversee data-driven monitoring across 200+ trials using CluePoints, and optimize product outcomes through KPI-driven performance monitoring. Responsibilities include defining features, prioritizing enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams (clinical central monitoring, Site intelligence, Clinical Study Units), ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting, and leading agile development processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups) with a focus on operational excellence and an engaging user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- A master's degree is a plus
Desired Qualifications

- Strong focus on data-driven decision making in clinical trials
- English language proficiency

- Knowledge of data lineage and analytics tools could be beneficial
