Job Summary
Manage digital workflows and projects across up to four accounts, liaising between strategy, creative, and developers to deliver brand, design, and marketing solutions. Lead end-to-end bespoke web builds, from research and wireframing through to dev ops, testing, and launch, while streamlining internal processes and PM tools. Coordinate resource booking, budget allocation, and tracking for multi-phased waterfall and agile sprints, ensuring rigorous QA and timely milestone delivery. Work remotely with up to three days in the UK office, supporting property, infrastructure, and hospitality clients within a partner-owned agency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in PM role at brand, creative or marketing/digital agency including web development, animation, digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of the marketing mix
- Experience translating brand identity into digital products
- Comfortable using Figma and other digital tools related to web design, build and deployment
- Able to deal with both multi phased waterfall projects with cross phase dependencies and also agile sprints
- Experienced at booking agency resource, budget allocation and tracking
- Must have bespoke web build experience
- Must be comfortable managing the whole process from research, strategy, user journey, wire framing, design, build, onsite SEO, testing and launch
- Must be comfortable with Wordpress
- Must be comfortable with Magento
- Adept at using AI tools to drive efficiency and improve outputs
- Ideally will have infrastructure, property and place branding experience
- Familiar with Productive PM, Asana, Trello software
- Excellent written English and proofing skills
