Job Summary
Digital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and website projects for law-firm clients; serves as the central point of communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals; manages cross-functional digital production teams, coordinating design, development, SEO, content, and marketing initiatives; leads kickoff meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications; develops timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules; tracks project performance metrics and ensures quality standards prior to launch with post-launch support; drives process improvements and efficiency in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management, web production, or agency operations
- Strong understanding of website development processes and digital marketing workflows
- Ability to explain complex processes, such as SEO and Paid Media, to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRMs and project management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
