Job Summary
Digital Project Manager I oversees and coordinates small to medium digital projects for a group of digital communication agencies, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and effective collaboration with international clients. Responsibilities include developing project plans (schedules, budgets, resource allocation), monitoring KPIs and milestones, escalating risks, leading kickoff calls, coordinating with internal and external teams, managing the full project lifecycle, preparing detailed budgets, and ensuring quality across deliverables. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–3 years of project coordination or content management experience, proficiency with PM tools (Trelo/Jira/Asana), familiarity with web/mobile development, strong ability to communicate with senior management, and capability to manage risks and optimize workflows. The role operates on a hybrid setup from Cebu City, Philippines, with standard hours 2:30pm–11:30pm PHT, and involves collaboration with international teams and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Linguistic, Computer Science or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, translation workflows, or content management
- Knowledge of digital project management tools and platforms
- Familiarity with web and mobile application development processes
- Basic knowledge of project management software like Trello, Jira or Asana
- Ability to analyze risks, and provide solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Strong ability to track KPIs, project performance, and budget
- Ability to analyze digital project metrics and optimize workflows
- Ability to communicate project goals and progress to senior management
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized digital projects
