Job Summary
Lead NRC Sudan's Digital Programme Development unit to advance digital tech-enabled programming, including information management, data protection, and e-cash initiatives; design and implement digital programming strategies, develop concepts and budgets, coordinate with M&E and partners, ensure compliance with policies, and build staff capacity; requires a bachelor's degree and at least six years in humanitarian mobile money/information management with three years in project management; strong English fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or Computer Science
- At least six years in humanitarian mobile money, information management, data science programming, including three years in a project management position
- Previous working experience in implementing digital and technology-enabled programming in emergency programme cycle (e.g. with mobile money ecosystems)
- Experience working with the private sector, government or non-profit programs in designing and delivering ICT/digital/technological solutions for development/humanitarian programmes
- Familiarity with Design approaches and methods (Service Design, Design Thinking, Human-Centred Design)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
