Job Summary
Digital Program Manager based in Wisconsin will lead the statewide digital organizing program, develop and execute digital content strategies, and coordinate online and offline volunteer recruitment, retention, and engagement. You will advise state leadership and national staff on digital needs, set priorities and KPIs for the Network Organizing program, create statewide and regional social plans, and oversee training for volunteer leaders. The role requires designing and implementing digital content across platforms, analyzing trends, collaborating with communications and organizing teams, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, strong writing, and experience mobilizing volunteers in political campaigns are highly valued; occasional in-person meetings may be required. This is a remote Wisconsin-based position with up to 25% travel and potential in-person events, reporting to the State Director of Wisconsin. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital content development and social media management
- Experience with digital organizing and planning in support of field, electoral, and/or issue campaigns
- Experience building, managing, and engaging volunteer communities
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture, and emerging digital trends
- Excellent written communication skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a busy office
