Job Summary
Digital Program Manager, Principal leads software development projects within the Platform Engineering Group, coordinating with IT Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations & Technology to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include championing an Agile mindset, servant-leadership to empower self-organizing teams, fostering rapid iteration and collaboration, understanding SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Requires strong ability to manage project scope, cost, vendor deliverables, and risk, with experience in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Trello, plus proficiency in traditional and agile methodologies (Waterfall and Scrum). The role emphasizes translating technical concepts into business language, delivering monthly progress and financial updates, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. What you will need: a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in IT program management, with PMP or comparable certification preferred.
