Job Summary
Digital Program Manager responsible for portfolio governance, reporting, agile delivery support, stakeholder engagement, and promoting AI-enabled ways of working across IT and Digitalization teams. This growth, early-career role focuses on delivering governance processes, building and maintaining dashboards, facilitating collaboration between business and IT stakeholders and external vendors, driving transformation initiatives, and fostering a digital-first culture. Requires 2–4 years in PMO or digital delivery with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. English fluency is required; German is a plus. Proficiency with Azure (cloud), M365 stack, Jira/Azure DevOps, and data visualization tools (Power BI) and active use of AI productivity tools is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or programme support role
- Solid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile delivery principles
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with both business and IT stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Proficient with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- M365 stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Office applications)
- Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools
- Active user of AI productivity tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with the ability to apply them effectively across drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis tasks
