Job Summary
Digital Program Lead responsible for driving digital transformation across multi-site manufacturing operations, designing and standardizing processes, leading portfolio rollouts from pilot to scale, and enabling frontline teams through scalable learning, knowledge capture, and change management. Partners with cross-functional teams to convert plant-level successes into enterprise-wide standards, measures ROI of digital investments, and monitors adoption via scorecards. Requires a BS in Engineering (or equivalent), 5 years in manufacturing, strong communication and stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical programs into actionable plans for capital delivery teams. Location-based within 50 miles of listed MNF/Office locations; 20–40% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience-based technical expertise
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead new initiatives and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-site environments
- Comfortable with technology and passionate about enabling others through training and knowledge sharing
