Job Summary
Associate Producer for YouTube and video who will coordinate with internal stakeholders, gather and license assets, work with graphics teams, assist with live shots and postproduction, ensure assets pass SOPs and reviews, obtain releases, and support editorial needs under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include content development, writing and idea generation, potentially leading a small production team, managing asset lifecycles from release to refresh, delivering SEO- and platform-focused titles/descriptions, and coordinating with production resources. Requires a solid 3+ years of digital production experience, excellent writing and communication skills, ability to multitask across multiple projects, and proficiency with video editing (Adobe Premiere or similar) and SEO/social publishing knowledge. Remote work considered; position is a long-term contract with 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in digital production (AP level)
- College degree in communications, journalism, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SEO and Social Media publishing is strongly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere or similar editing system
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
