Job Summary

Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for PepsiCo's Spatial Digital Twin product, defining reusable capabilities for manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers. Translate business requirements into scalable features while balancing regional needs with global standards. Partner with engineering, architecture, and transformation teams to drive adoption across PepsiCo sectors, ensuring compatibility with platforms like Teamcenter, Omniverse, and GIS systems. Establish user personas, measurable KPIs, and standardized deployment playbooks to accelerate enterprise-wide Digital Twin deployment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, GIS, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Software, Digital Twins, Spatial Technologies, Manufacturing Technology, or Digital Transformation
  • Proven experience owning enterprise software products throughout the complete product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous enhancement
  • Experience working within Agile product organizations and partnering closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
  • Experience balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and long-term product strategy within a complex global enterprise
  • Strong understanding of Spatial Digital Twin technologies, 3D visualization, digital asset management, and enterprise mapping solutions
  • Experience with BIM, CAD, GIS, reality capture, LiDAR, point clouds, and photogrammetry
  • Experience with spatial data management
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA Omniverse, Teamcenter, 3D visualization platforms, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Understanding of enterprise data models, metadata management, digital asset governance, and scalable platform architectures
  • Knowledge of manufacturing facilities, warehouse operations, facility layouts, engineering design, and spatial data standards
  • Strong customer-centric product mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable enterprise digital products
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and product prioritization capabilities
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and global technology partners to deliver measurable business outcomes
