Job Summary

Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for PepsiCo's Engineering Digital Twin product to enable engineering teams to simulate, optimize, and validate facilities before physical implementation. Define reusable simulation templates, engineering models, and configuration standards that accelerate deployment across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers globally. Partner with Agile delivery teams, solution architects, and strategic technology partners to deliver decision support tools for capacity planning, bottleneck elimination, and commissioning acceleration. Establish measurable outcomes tied to throughput improvements, CapEx optimization, and operational efficiency while ensuring seamless integration with the Digital Twin Platform and enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Digital Transformation
  • Proven experience managing enterprise software products from concept through deployment and continuous enhancement
  • Experience delivering engineering simulation, factory design, process optimization, or digital manufacturing solutions
  • Experience working within Agile product organizations and leading cross-functional product teams
  • Experience balancing strategic product vision with hands-on product ownership and execution in a highly matrixed global organization
  • Strong understanding of Digital Twin technologies, engineering workflows, and manufacturing operations
  • Experience with Material Flow Analysis, Discrete Event Simulation (DES), and engineering optimization methodologies
  • Familiarity with engineering design tools, CAD/BIM environments, Siemens Plant Simulation, FlexSim, AnyLogic, or similar simulation platforms
  • Understanding of enterprise platforms including Teamcenter, NVIDIA Omniverse, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, warehouse automation, and engineering data management
  • Strong product management mindset with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing business needs and technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior business leaders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated success leading global cross-functional teams and strategic technology partners
