Job Summary
Digital Product Specialist provides secondary support to Commercial Banking and Internet Banking by managing vendor-related issues, maintaining digital banking records and transactions, assisting with account balancing, and acting as liaison between Digital Banking Product Managers and customer support to address vendor concerns. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to learn banking processes, proficiency with Adobe, Excel, and Word, and ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule with remote and in-office collaboration. Must maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies to avoid security incidences, and perform duties with reliability in a professional office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional post-high school courses preferred
- A minimum of one year banking experience preferred
- Experience working with digital banking services preferred
- Equivalents may be substituted on a year-to-year basis
