Job Summary
Digital Product Owner for Instant Messaging Applications responsible for owning the product lifecycle, defining goals, vision and roadmap, transforming business requirements into user stories and business designs, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose delivery. Drives consumer journey design, backlog prioritization, epics and user stories, and collaborates with Product Group Managers, Architects, Delivery Managers, and vendors. Manages product lifecycle, measures business objectives, supports launches and training, and drives cross-product initiatives while aligning with the Product Group Strategy. Qualifications include a university degree or equivalent with Agile/Safe certificates, experience in online consumer journeys, business design workflows, strong product management experience, cross-functional leadership, and knowledge of B2C/Omnichannel and governance.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe), Agile
- Experience of the online Consumer Journey/ User story writing and refinement
- Hands-on experience in crafting Business Design processes and workflows
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role, overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Ability to manage cross functional team in a complex matrix organization
- Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel environment (O2C and commercial knowledge across channels and markets)
- Knowledge of release management, product management and governance
