Job Summary
Digital Product Owner forMarTech leading the Content Marketing Platform; ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, translating business needs into detailed requirements and prioritised backlog items. Responsible for delivering features that support end-to-end content creation, approval, distribution and optimisation at scale, collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Digital and external partners. Drives performance of product KPIs, uses data and customer insights to inform decisions, and educates the business on product methodology. Supports agile ceremonies, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, and acts as the customer voice for the MarTech experience within the business. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence decisions and deliver practical solutions across multiple digital products within a hospitality/retail context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within an agile, scrum environment in digital product development
- Experience writing detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.
- Experience working with and developing content marketing technologies, ideally in a retail, hospitality, leisure, travel, or equivalent environment
- Exceptional business analysis skills, able to analyse and map complex business and systems processes and develop effective solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to develop trusted relationships across business boundaries
- Strong communications and influencing skills; able to analyse and communicate technical concepts to practical solutions
- Experience with managing external/3rd party suppliers
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively to the wider business
- Intellectual approach and ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems
