Digital Product Owner

Job Summary
Own relationships with business areas to gather current and future digital needs for Cracker Barrel owned web, mobile, and native app properties. Lead cross-functional teams to create processes for efficient deployments, design journey maps, and translate requirements into iterative epics and user stories. Prioritize the roadmap and sprint cycles while approving technical requirements and overseeing breakdowns for internal, contractor, and agency teams. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality digital experiences and create professional artifacts including charters and documentation. This role serves as the day-to-day business leader for the Store Support Center's digital properties, requiring strong knowledge of consumer digital and ecommerce spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology, marketing, or other relevant discipline
- Five+ years of progressive Agile product owner experience working on consumer facing Digital properties
- Remote work my be considered for the ideal candidate
Desired Qualifications
- strong knowledge of the consumer digital, ecommerce, and marketing space
- a proven ability to cross-functionally build consensus to deliver great digital experiences
- a track record of breaking down complex requirements into a meaningful work stream to power an Agile digital team
- Restaurant and/or retail experience preferred
