Job Summary
Own the technical foundation of Avon's global Shopify ecosystem across B2C and B2B channels by maintaining platform architecture, ensuring stability, and enabling scalable growth across 33 markets. Manage theme architecture, reusable templates, and metafield frameworks while evaluating business requirements to translate them into practical Shopify-based solutions. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between Shopify and connected platforms such as OMS, PIM, payment, and fulfilment systems, acting as the first point of contact for platform-level incidents. Provide technical support during peak trading periods and participate in on-call support arrangements for critical platform incidents.
Required Qualifications
