Job Summary
Own the digital strategy, operating model, and value realization for autonomous, AI-directed chemistry control across the portfolio. Partner with data science, engineering, product, and commercial teams to identify highest-value optimization opportunities and lead enablement of capabilities that improve chemistry optimization, process stability, throughput, and sustainability outcomes. Deliver a prioritized portfolio of transformational data use cases with defensible value narratives, ensuring scalable productization and governance that extend proven optimization across verticals. Translate data science outcomes into actionable decisions for executives and customers, driving reduced chemistry usage, lower variation, and improved target adherence.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in a global corporate setting
- 10+ years as a data science product owner / data product leader
- Experience in industrial, process, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, or comparable asset-intensive industries
- Experience with connected services product strategy
- Focus on continuous customer engagement and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated trajectory owning AI/ML-driven product strategy and value realization
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, data science, or chemical/process discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or MBA
- Certifications in leading data/AI or cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure/MS Fabric)
- Product ownership certifications (CSPO, SAFe)
